Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, downloadable resources and digital materials are generally non-refundable once access has been provided.

Coaching Programs

Refund requests for coaching programs will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If you experience a technical issue or believe there has been an error with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days.

Duplicate Payments

Any duplicate payment made due to a technical error will be refunded after verification.
